Our members come from all walks of life. Dragon Temple Martial Arts is a total fitness and self-defense program for men, women and children of all ages. Children learn discipline, respect and gain a positive self image which stays with them for the rest of their lives. Living a happy and healthy lifestyle will become a part of their nature. Children in our classes receive special attention.

Women gain self-confidence from learning self-defense skills. Each student develops within his or her physical abilities and regular class attendance is vital for progress.
